· Standard & Superior Room are for 2 persons only. Deluxe Room is for 3 persons only. Any additional adult will be charged accordingly.  
  · Please note that building is only 3 floors high, and we do hot have lift in the hotel.

· Check-in Time   : after  2:00 p.m.
· Check-out Time : by    12:00 noon
· Extended check-out Time (subject to availability):
     - before  6:00 p.m. (50% of published rate)
     - after     6:00 p.m. (full rate)
· Reservation : held until 2:00 p.m. unless guaranteed.
· Room rate will be imposed if cancellation is not received 48 hours before the expected arrival date.
· The Management reserves the right to revise the rates and any terms stated without prior notice..
